In this section we will report on all aspects of food, on a regular basis. This will include the culinary as well as the cultural dimensions of food. We will also explore the historic influences on food. Food does not exist in a vacuum. There are cultural, environmental and historic reasons why different people groups what they eat.
We find that intriguing and hugely interesting to explore. Additionally, we will review the culinary dimensions of the hospitality industry. We will review the one–man street food stalls and Michelin restaurants– and everything in between. We will further make suggestions on unusual dishes and restaurants in the countries that we cover.
